Boneyard Bats Dial Plate

$45.00

Board measures 8 and 1/2 inches by 11 inches
Product does not feature the © Carnivalia watermark pictured in the center

Dial plates are a type of alphabet-board similar to the popular Ouija. They work in a similar manner, however the pointer turns on a dowel rather than moving freely as a planchette does. Some find this design better suited for working solo, though more than one person may use this dial plate together at the same time.

This product had been handcrafted at Carnivalia’s studio by artist Chas Bogan. Its underlying image is printed on high quality photo paper and adhered to a half inch thick wooden board. Similarly, its pointer is fused to a quarter inch piece of wood, the underside of which is felted for ease of movement and to protect the image underneath. Several layers of clear varnish protect this product from wear.
